Grand Richmond Residence Remodel

A grand 1920's home in the Outer Richmond had not been updated in 50 years. Great bones,great square footage, large rooms, but too many bedrooms, not enough bathrooms, tiny kitchen and all finishes were in bad shape and dated. We reconfigured much of the floor plan creating a master suite, walk in closet, and beautiful modern master bath. A laundry room and second powder room were added to the upper level to service all the bedrooms. The kitchen was opened up to become a large modern eat in kitchen with plenty of storage and counter space along with a beautiful powder room. A modern transformation was complete.
